need help with NON PAYING Michael ODonnell

Can anyone provide me with current contact information on this dead beat? I am in need for collection purposes. He went under business as Allpro and most recently Xpress Signing Service. I know he is still working as a SS but don't know what name he's using now.

He still owes me $80.00. Agreed to a payment plan...rcvd one payament of 35.00$ written on a Western Union Money Order. One earlier payment came in as cash sent in a Fed Ex envelope...I checked at the bank right away to may sure the bills were ok. They were.


His name was Michael Joseph O'Donnell, address: 10803 Lake #408 in Cleveland, Ohio 44102. Company name at that time was listed as All-Pro Invoices.

I did rcv a letter dated 9/10/07 where in he announce that he filed for bakruptcy and is no longer in business. He stated he had set up repayment plans for 34 outstanding invoices that he did not want to include in the br filing.
