I spoke with Ronda candidly and told her I MUST be paid within 30 days.
She emailed me confirmation that she would. I did the closing.
Exactly true to her word, I received an email letting me know that my check was on its way and the check arrived on time.
This shows good faith and I would work with her again.

I also did the same. She paid me on time and I will most definately work with her again.
