Live chat today re marketings to loan originators
This afternoon I will hostess a Live Chat on NotRot regarding how to identify and find the right loan originators to market your notary signing agent services to.
The session will be one hour starting at 5pm Pacific Time which is 8pm Eastern Time
I'm going to talk about different ways to find local independent loan originators who have control over which title company they use. First I will define these types of LOs for the group and explain why the attributes are important. Then I'll talk about where to look. It's a tricky topic so I think it will take an hour to cover these two issues.
The second half of the presentation depends on the information given in the first half so I hope everyone arrives close to the beginning. It is important to understand the definition of an independent loan originator so I encourage you to ask questions. If the first section is not completely understood, the information in the second section will be useless.
The Live Chat will be one hour long starting at 5pm Pacific time which is 8pm Eastern time
Some people have asked me how to join in. Here are instructions. Please post corrections if I have missed something.
To join in a Live Chat session on NotaryRotary, simply : Log in. (You can only log in if you have already registered for either the free or paid membership.) Go to the Notary Talk page Hit the green Go Live button. Wait a minute or two - it takes awhile to load and then you are in.
There are several "rooms" in Live Chat. I've never seen more than one going at once. But if several rooms are active, then poke around until you see my name in the right hand column.
If you want to make someone's posts invisible to you, just use your RIGHT clicker on your mouse. Place it over the person's name and right click and hold down. Move the cursor to Block and release your finger.
Several top notaries have contacted me about today's chat. They plan to chime in. This is going to be a good session.
This is the last announcement I will post - I promise! Many notaries have asked me to post several announcements ahead of time when I hostess these chats.
