I was told I would have to fax back the whole package 100+pg

Then was called and was told VT was a attorney only state for CW. Wonder if that means all the CW's I have done for the past 4 years are any good. LOL

Me too and had to make 3 copies of docs and the offer of $80. made me laugh! Told her I wouldn't do one set of docs and travel 36 miles (1 way) for $80. Needless to say she must have found someone dumb enough to do it.
