bad checks...


A couple days ago, someone said they got a NSF check. I got one and turned it over to the Attorney General in my state and less than ten days later I had my full fee plus the NSF charge from my bank. Look at your options in your state.

Az Has a very good Bad check law which you can collect on NSF checks within 10 days - this issue is state by state law to try and collect NSF checks.
