This is interesting.
I worked an auction for Fairfax and they took forever to pay. I worked several auctions for Nomad and they paid on the spot.

They haven't called me in a very long time.
I wonder if they stopped working the auctions in Phoenix? I know that as time went on fewer houses were sold. I suspect it became unprofitable for them.

received a call today from Nomad Signings to do a Loan package. After doing a "who called" search in Signing Central, I was extremely hesitant to do the signing!! The Borrowers broker called me to see when I was signing his clients docs and I explained my hesitation to him. He agreed to pay me directly! I printed docs, went to do the signing (come to find out I knew the Atty) but docs were drawn incorrectly w/wrong int. rate.....what a mess! Needless to say docs have to be redrawn and I was unable to get an email or phone response from Nomad.
