Disclaimer Advice for Inspections
One of the companies that I do inspections for has a warning, law, disclaimer or whatever you want to call it letting me know what fines, jail sentences, and other discipline could come my way. I'm not an attorney so I don't really know everything that this box I have to check is saying I did or didn't do.
There is a box for Inspectors notes and I would like to put a disclaimer in there to protect me from any legal discipline for doing something that is beyond my scope of "Inspecting."
Does anyone have any opinions on a generic disclaimer that would basically state what I am and am not willing to be responsible for?
