Goldman Sachs, Greece downgrade to Junk, & Portugal downgrad

I read on this forum and hear that closing work is slowing down. With the Goldman Sachs exposure and now S&P down grade of Greece to junk status, and Portugal downgrade be prepared for the banks to tighten their credit and lending.
