Well, I'm not so sure. Michelle gave me a few assignments. She was real friendly always asking how everything went at the closing, wanting all the details. She was overly curious. I always told her everything went fine. But the last assignment she gave me, I had a minor problem with the borrower. Everthing turned out OK though and it closed. I told Michelle about it and she agreed with me about it. Michelle never gave me any more assignments after that. So, I learned something about Michelle. She pretends to be your friend and to be on your side, until there's a problem. Then she forgets you. She is only interested in finding out what she can and then she uses it against you. Who needs a friend like that? I don't.

I totally disagree DD

I am sorry that you had the experience you think you had with Michelle but the truth is that perhaps she did not have anything else to send your way.

Michelle is one of the most professional women in business I have ever worked with. She and I have spent time talking on the phone and I have had a chance to get to know her. Working with her on assignments is always a pleasure. She knows what she is doing, is clear in what she expects from her notaries, which is professionlism, and always pays in a timely manner. Although I don't get a lot of work from her, I always look forward to assignments from her.

Ouch.

Hello Dixie. How are you? Sorry I have not had any business in your area! Honestly...Seems like I have hit everywhere around you. However. I recall calling you a couple of times after your "had a minor problem with the borrower" you were not available. I defended your quality of work with the L.O. because this biz is super tough. What we put up with being in the middle is not easy and many times have to just press on! I was not pretending to be your friend. Really sorry you feel that way. Dixie, you called me when you had not heard from me in a while and I must tell you it is one of many calls I get from fellow Signing Agents when waves come and go asking me if everything is ok? Just happens. NO ONE has taken your place in your area! I think you are a great Signing Agent and hope something comes your way soon. Just FYI...the last Cities I have had work in Oregon are: Salem, Bend, Hillsboro and Portland. Wising you a prosperous 2010.

Re: Ouch.

Hi Michelle, I kinda thought you would see my post. You did call me a couple times after that but the signings were totally out of my area. I just thought it was strange that you were calling me a lot for signings in my area and then after that incident, you stopped calling me. Excuse me if I misjudged you. I guess I've been in this business so long, I get suspicious. I will be happy to work for you if you ever have anything in my area again (and I don't say that to everyone). Have a good day, Michelle!

Re: Ouch.

You will most certainly will hear from us again. May be a bit outa your area at times...but I always call my "Favs" 1st and give the the opportunity to have it or turn it down, even if they are not the closest Agent. Sometimes it is just an excuse to say "Hello" :-)
Anyhow. ...hang in there. Talk soon!
