Help fast please gibberish when I look at the file
I just got a new computer and I have a citbank. The lender docs PDF is all gibberish. Is this an adobe thing?

instead of using IE use Firefox or visa versa...
sometimes this helps...but it may be that when they scanned the docs, they screwed up on the other end.
I agree with the other post, have them resend docs if anything...

Thanks, its was corrupted on their end, what ever that means.
I find that happens a lot with Citibank loans.....

If you are friendly with them, suggest they cc themselves in the future so they can see what they're sending..it helps, specially with cut-off Docs which they are notorious for.

Happened to me today with Citi docs
the gal at title told me to reboot the computer and try again. And Walla it worked. Something else to remember if all else fails.

I get that sometimes when I use firefox. I switch over to Internet explorer.
