Knighten Mobile Notary

I Am very upset that Knighten Mobile Notary signed a contract to do a closing, knew that we were going to be out of the office on Wed, and at 9:30 AM sent an email and said they could not make it to close

might be wrong but looks like not being able to do the closing it was outsourced to someone that signed a contract to do so and then backed out?
Just like if I were to hire another notary because I can not go do a closing I commited to.
