Lender Vend - g/b/u

Anyone heard of this company? I have checked SC. Received a call for a signing for Wednesday and have not received a confirmation as of yet so I am not sure where they are located.

I just received the confirmation. They have the same address as NREIS, only difference is they have a suite #105 which is not included on NREIS confirmations and the phone numbers are different.

Their confirmation is identical to NREIS as well reference to my vendor name and number, same as they show on NREIS Confirmation.

then perhaps its a NREIS gig? They are paying but very

very slowly...like 45 to 60 days out...check out NREIS on SC...

I've worked for Lender Vend several times. They are affiliated with NREIS but their accounting is not handled in the same place. They've always paid promptly for me.
