Lifetime Notary Commission

In a local real estate office that I often work for, I came across this notary stamp from one of the lenders! Nice!!! How can I get one? Smile Nothing from the orange button or google.

May have been Ohio.
In Ohio a notary is commissioned for 5 years, but an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Ohio holds office as a notary public as long as the attorney is a resident of Ohio or has the attorney’s principal place of business or primary practice in Ohio, the attorney is in good standing before the Ohio supreme court, and the commission is not revoked

Aren't Louisiana's commissions for life, as well?

Apology accepted... Yes , Notaries are for life here. Just have to renew our $ 10,000.00 bonds every 5 years... and of course mail our annual Notary reports yearly with a $ 10.00 fee..
