Look for another company to show some losses?

I received part of my Staples order today. Didn't get the paper - that's for Thurs. But I got the pens - 2 dozen in a box that is 14.5" long x 11" wide x 9" high with lots of air bags to fill the space, which really didn't as the rattle was significant.

Am wondering - for those who ordered erasers, did you get separate order delivery as well? Same big box from the big box store? OMG!

You'll laugh I ordered 4 cases thinking I would get two rebate's not "reading" the requirements. So the order comes I refused 2 cases and the shipping was free. No erasers or paper clips though.

You might not get all of it If you send back the other 2

boxes. I think at least part of the deal was predicated on the consumer spending at least $100.

My 1 box of paper clips came in a large shipping box about the same size as the one of the op. Overkill!
