NPBC Background check

I had a background check done back in March and they advertise that it is back within one to two weeks. Has anyone else had problems with this company?

I had mine done from NPBC about a year ago.

I did not encounter any delays. Not sure what to suggest other than sending a follow-up email.

Yes, as Linda asked, why would you pay another company for a background check when CA notaries are FBI and Dept. Of Justice background checked? If a company tells you our state required background checks are not "good enough", tell them to go and take a long walk off of a short pier.
