Anita, no one can answer that question because no one can tell you why *your* business has come to a screeching halt. It's different for everyone. We are independent contractors with different availability, different clients, different fee schedules, covering different territories and having different marketing strategies.
No two notaries in the same town run their businesses alike, much less the same state or in different states, consequently, some notaries are busy and others are not. Just when I think the phone is never going to ring again (as far as loan signings go), I get several calls.
Therefore, slowness or busyiness will be different for each and every notary, each and every day of each and every month. No one can answer your question regarding *your* business.....as it is just that - *your* business.
