Subpeona Services

Hi again,

I was looking through posts and saw someone who offers mobile subpeona services. I wrote to him but he didn't respond. Is anyone else offering them? If so can you tell me what charge and what kind of subpeonas you are most often asked for?

Thanks,

Marsha

Check the yellow pages for legal couriers in your area. And be aware that process server work often involves tracking down someone that doesn't want to be found, won't answer the door, etc.

You may need to get approved in your state to do civil process serving, you should also review the laws for serving process. If the subpoenas aren't served properly then they will be thrown out by the court.

Thanks for the input. My question was about drafting subpeonas not serving them.
