Wells Fargo modifications

It looks like Wells Fargo is now sending out there modifications with a letter telling the borrower's to find a notary of their choice to for signing and notarization. I went to the post office this morning and 3 people saw the mobile notary magnets on my car and were waiting for me when I got back to the car and asked if I would notarize their loan modifications for them, all were from Wells Fargo (they were trying to get them notarized at the post office). If you don't have these magnets for your car you definitely need to get them, I've made a hundred dollars this week just by being flagged down by people to get something notarized.

It worked when I posted it. Weird.

Do yourself a favor first, check your car.

Many cars are made of aluminum, in which case the magnets will be of little use.

Double-chocolate brownie for your post. I was so

afraid they would be magnetic - can't wait for smartie's new work suit.

Note to PAW - do you do custom signage? I'd love a silver backing; Black lettering with thin red piping; open, clean font. (Bit of red matches her little red wheel bolt covers...it's a girl thing >>hopeful grin<<Wink

If you do, I can send a pic, so you can see what I mean.

Thanks again, dtf, great thread.

can't wait for smartie's new work suit. Huh?

Sorry the post offended you.

I don't know what you mean - I was thanking you

for pointing out the benefits of magnetic signs.

"work suit" was just a jokey thing - adding signs to my car doors, in a way, dresses 'her' up.

sheesh.

I'm getting some of those magnets ASAP. Smile

I've done bunches of these Wells Fargo modifications, they're easy-squeezy to do and come well marked/flagged. Smile
