more WEIRD phone calls
i want to make few comments on this issue. Some people think this kind of job is a joke.
On Thursday about 6 pm a woman with the name of Ivette called me from 949-825-9410 asking me if I could do a closing on Saturday morning. She asked me for details of anyone's regular job, then I realized she did not know a thing about the closings procedures. Besides I asked her from what company she was calling me and no feedback on that, so the communication got interrupted.
Then on Friday a man with the name of Edgar called me saying that his secretary already did the arrangements with me for Monday at 10 am. He called from 310-766-8129. Again this person did not know much about the regular procedures of the closing and I said sorry, not possible.
He asked about my fees, my address, and the payment will be included in the overnight package.
Today he called up again from diferent number 714-870-6678 saying because the earthquake in Mexico border give him hardtime with family but he MAILED BY USPS the documents....????
I just want to give you the information after I tried to play as a detective on these phones calls.
He said is a real estate agent, not a developer, not a lender BUT he does it all ..? And when asked for the name of his company is just mumbling on the phone or caughing.....
If you know those numbers, would you be kind to tell me who was the joker? Thanks
