My fee varies by...lots of variables. My quote would not be given until I knew exactly what the job entailed. Then, if, as happens now & then, the job that arrives is NOT as specified, I either get the fee adjusted to reflect the additional work wanted (faxbacks!) or they get it back.

It includes printing docs (including a borrower copy) and miles - within certain parameters. Faxing... that would depend. I agree with Lee/AR's post. But I suspect that most of us try to include the basics into one flat fee when quoting, if that's what you're asking.
