How do you think 2012 will be regarding business

Hello everyone,

It has been a minute since I logged onto NotRot or posted here. I am feeling alittle burned out. Maybe I will cut back or signings for a few months. This brings me to ask the question How do you think 2012 will be regarding closings/refinancing?

2012 I think it will look like 2011 no major change if things remain the same. Still a ton of foreclosures in my area, this will keep values the same or evern down this spring and summer. As for volume I have recovered about 20-25% of the loss from my big client.

I need to make up that hump by spring time to keep pace with 2011.

The end of the year, was much more profitable for me than last year. I have acquired quite a bit more companies who keep calling me. Looking for a more profitable year in 2012. I love my job.

Next six months will be more or less like August-December of 2011; can't say beyond that. And I am speaking of refi's as I don't do purchases.
Anyone else willing to guess?
