Lender Vend
They called today for a signing tomorrow. He explained that the parent company is NREIS. I said that I have declined to do signings for NREIS for quite some time due to their very late payments. He said that Lender Vend pays every 15 days and that the notaries are getting paid on time "at least that's what the notaries are telling me". I have asked for this in writing. If not, I will have to decline the siging. Has anyone had good experiences with Lender Vend or do they conduct themselves as unprofessionally as NREIS? Thanks

I have not, but a quick search will show others to agree with Lender Vend's assessment. Not the other one though.

Thanks, I did do a search here but it seemed inconclusive.

Lender Vend
It seems this arm of NREIS is trying hard to keep from being tainted by the NREIS A/P reputation. I've always been paid, timely, for my LenderVend transactions.

I say they do. Did a few. (1) 5-10-11 paid 5-20-11 (2) 5-12-11 paid 6-7-11 (3) 7-30-11 paid 8-22-11. I would take all I can get.

I don't do too many for them, but I'm usually happy to take them when they're close by. (Pay isn't great.) Always Provident loans - fussy but straight forward - and pay as promised. BTW, the checks come under the name of Lender Vend, not NREIS. I think I saw something once (Affiliated Business Disclosure?) that indicated that Lender Vend is actually owned by Provident. Seems that NREIS may do scheduling for some companies on a contract basis. I don't know for sure.
