This is usually really simple work. Take a picture of a property or deliver a letter. They pay about $30 an assignment. I only take them when I'll be near the area, or if it's near where I am and then I just swing by when I'm out. I don't go out of my way.
They send the check very quickly...within 7-10 days. I have no complaints. It's not difficult work.
What's interesting is that in the last two months, they've sent me back to two different properties and paid me both times for each one. One was to verify occupancy and another was to track down a debtor (who moved out).
