- Each notary public shall keep an official impression seal bearing his name, date of expiration of commission, and judicial division.
- The notary public must affix his impression seal to each document and either write, print or stamp his or her name in a legible fashion on the document.
- A document is not properly notarized until both the seal has been impressed thereon and the name of the notary public has been affixed thereto.
