The notarial seal must have:
- The notary's name
- The words "notary public"
- The name of the county in which the notary
resides.
- The word "Wyoming."
The seal may:
- Be affixed by a seal press or stamp that will print
or emboss a seal which legibly reproduces when
photocopying
- Be circular, not over two (2) inches in diameter
with a serrated or milled edged border.
- Be a rectangular form of not more than threefourths
(¾) of an inch in width by two and onehalf
(2½) inches in length, with a serrated or
milled edged border.
Safeguard the notary seal from unauthorized use and
notify the Secretary of State if your stamp or seal is lost
or stolen. Destroy or deface an out-of-date seal to
eliminate the possibility of misuse.
