In CA phone calls while driving are supposed to be "hands-free." However, I frequently see drivers engrossed in conversation on their cell, holding phone with one hand away from face, which leads me to believe phone is on speaker. Why not use a phone holder? They're even available at Dollar Tree and 99 cent stores. Yep, also see many texting -- which is not legal.

IMO, it's because of these folks that our law makers are considering this next more restrictive step. People with sense of entitlement screw it up for everyone! The law is there; it just doesn't apply to them. <smh>
