Weed the beans out of our way overpopulated industry

An 8 hour class $115.00 and some change directed strictly to loan closings of all types and cash/seller transactions. Maybe it would discourage some, who knows.

I know to become a Title Producer in FL is expensive and very hard. http://myfloridacfo.com/Division/Agents/Licensure/General/docs/4-10.htm And what we do has very little to do with knowing an insurance policy, selling title insurance nor we need to be liable for it.
