Attorneys are beginning to reverse the trend and take back their "old" book of residential real estate closing business.
At least in an experienced, professional attorney's office the paralegal and attorney team could make quick on-the-fly corrections immediately before and during the closing process. If the lender had an issue, that ATTORNEY and title insurance company could push back that the change did not effect the validity of the documents and "legal." (Some may disagree, but many of us in the legal field remember the "good old days." |
