You took a job from MD, which has been a solid one-star ripoff organization for 2 years? What were you thinking? In any case, I'd guess that a bank would be even easier to go after than a title company. I'd start looking up the names, titles and addresses of everybody from the branch manager on up to the flippin' president. I'd be sure to include the the bank regulator, which is the federal government. Don't just sit there and "wish." Go after these thieving bums. Send them all a letter that you were ripped off by MD, like hundreds of other notaries and you're gonna sue if somebody doesn't pay up pronto. If you need help with the letter, PM me.
