Hi, California does not allow notaries to use online journal providers like NotaryAct.com If you are in CA please consider signing the petition I've created and posted in the Just Politics forum. Many California notaries don't realize that in order to change our archaic rules, our representatives need to know what we want. This petition is just my attempt to streamline my loan signing business. I would like the option to use an electronic journal service, which is cheaper, faster, and more secure than a traditional paper log journal.
