a 'business executive' type is making a similar statement: "I don't know why they had to send you, my" secretary/assistant/cousin/etc. is a notary. Frown


I, too, explain the "difference between a Notary and a Notary Signing Agent . . . and why a company would want an impartial party witnessing the signing of the documents"

Often their reaction is the same as well: Pouty and petulant. :0


I suppose one could liken it to giving a child a dose of medicine; good for them, but they're resistant. Wink
