Re: Choosing Witnesses for a South Carolina Will
Posted by Luckydog on 2/3/19 3:55pm

....at my notary location: "I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, AND I MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE."

Should have been displayed on the UPS desk, however, perhaps the notary would have been fired for denying service they advertise for, this woman could claim discrimination, who know's what stupid things one could come up with. She could have been rude, insistence and not taken "no" for an answer. Unfortunately, this story should not have been written one-sided, as I am sure that other side of this pancake has a whole lot to say what really happened. If this is ongoing and judicial, shouldn't even be published.
