I've accommodated 1 Hybrid Amrock Quicken refi for $160. Had to take my laptop, print 1 set of a few docs (DOT, Signature/Name Affid. and a few others -- no more than 25 pages), sign in with my password and borrowers' password then have them sign all other docs online. It was easy enough. Usual Quicken package with most docs signed online.
It was not through Pavaso. Logged in on Amrock website.
BTW -- Amrock is willing to pay higher hybrid fees. They have my hybrid fee as $150 and $10 for printing. I still get blast notifications plus phone calls. In fact, had a call just this morning for one for the 15th. Unfortunately, I'll be out of town.
