They should send them regularly to you, the Doc-U-Sign is a version of Hybrid closing the buyer pre-signs, so your package will be smaller. LOVE these! Never did from Xome, but a lot of these have been coming through for me and never know until I get there and buyer already told me they Doc-U-Signed in the AM. You just do the wet docs like normal and same fee as for a reg. refi Smile smaller package.
