The new requirement is on page 4, certificate forms start on page 7.

Incidentally, this new law will also affect copy attestations. The new law allows us to attest to a copy of any tangible record (elsewhere defined as “information inscribed on a tangible medium”). In other words - we are no longer restricted to only original documents. Indeed, copies of copies, and printouts of electronic records, can be certified by a notary effective January 1. We also get a new certificate form that doesn’t require us to describe the document or name its custodian.
