and will continue to do so, especially when borrowers are insistent and keep asking "is this a good deal" or "is this a good company" or "am I doing the right thing" or "is this better than the loan I had"
My response: "I can't answer that - I'm just the notary and I'm here simply to make sure the documents are signed properly and to notarize where required"
