Linda, I believe the reason they feel they need to add this to their confirmation is when a BO has a question, they expect the NSA to point them in the right direction of if they have a 'what' or 'where' question, the NSA should be knowledgeable enough to answer it.

They are a very good company, I was just bringing to light what type of notaries they must have to deal with.

If the BOs ask me about their loan in the specifics you quoted, I tell them that I am a neutral thired party and I cannot comment on their specific loan.

No, I would never say "I'm just the notary". Obviously some NSA's HAVE said that to the BOs or they would not have found it necessary to add that instruction to their confirmation.
