 I Have No Problem With Title 365's Fees . . .
Posted by  PegiT_MN on 2/1/19 8:29am

. . . what I do have a problem with is all these people who claim they are loan signing agents, notary signing agents, notaries, LSS graduates, I got my notary now what?, side giggers infiltrating our business and pretending they know what they are doing . . . when clearly they do not. This is why we keep getting all of these e mails from these title companies in regard to errors and the fact that we now have umpteen pages of instruction sheets to print out with our packages. Those ginormous stop signs, bold banners, and thick borders on the instruction sheets use more ink than printing out an appraisal.
