Re: I Have No Problem With Title 365

I'm sure part of the problem is indeed NSAs who are inexperienced, not dedicated, etc.

But a big part of the problem is document packages that seemed designed to cause errors. The first problem is large packages. If one title company/lender combo routinely has 85 page packages, why to other title company lender combos routinely have 135 page packages? The more pages, the more errors.

Then there are the forms where the information to be entered is nearly hidden. For example, a line that says "Initial ___ that's in tiny print. How about forms that are vaguely worded, such as forms intended to ask if anyone other than the husband and wife have a homestead interest, but from reading the form, you can't tell if the husband should sign and list the wife, or if they both should sign and check the "None" box, or what.

Then there are acknowledgements. Often, they get the acknowledgement perfect, exactly as recommended for my state, on the mortgage. But usually the other docs that need acknowledgements have all kinds of weird wording.

I especially love having three different sets of instructions, which contradict each other.
