Steve, you are forgetting that Pegi has a TPL (Title Producer's License) which is a requirement in her state to handle loan signings. I'm sure that the TPL itself, and training isn't cheap and I doubt every other notary in MN has one. Therefore, it makes sense (at least to me) that Pegi would get lots of work.
