I actually contacted the company because the paper quality was so bad. There were crimps in almost every other page. I assumed it was my printer acting funky until I went to reload paper & noticed most of the pages has a crease in them when packaged. I will never again buy Boise brand paper. I will say they did send me a new box of paper but even some that they send had the same issue.
