Prices seem to be about the same as what I can get elsewhere from companies that use genuine HP chips (which seems to be key) and it's been a very long time since I've had any issues. When I have, a replacement was sent out to me immediately. (Last time was a little piece broken off.) I believe LD Products and 4 Inkjets are now the same company. LD Products is located in Long Beach, so when shipments come from there, they arrive next day, if ordered early enough in the day.
Years ago, I tried another source and wasn't happy, so I switched back. I can't remember what the problem was. Might have been fewer pages printed. I also can't remember last time I've had any quality issues. |
