..... think it was at the Notarize site that I read, the Signers will hold up their ID's to the remote camera AND an outside vendor will use a techology scan of the ID to 'test' electronically its hidden symbols, color codes, and serial numbers to 'authenticate' that the ID is genuine and not something run out of a fax machine. Then that Vendor gives the OK and lets the Notary view and use it for her/his electronic or recorded journal.
