 Incomplete Documents (Real Estate Transfer)
Posted by NVLSlady/VA on 10/12/17 9:50am

I met with a seller STARTING a corporate relo house Sale . . .
Signer was adamant about not completing some of the forms because her instructions were specifically to NOT FILL IN SPACES OR DATES if not checked (little check mark).

Anyone know about doing transactions where the terms of the sale have not been finalized/determined?

The Atty involved with the Relocation Company was NOT the client; I tried not providing "advice" but I had to let her know transaction might not be valid as-is.

p.s. Her info, as grantor was completed on the documents of property transfer
