The higher the population, the more volume and the more NSAs needed to handle it as most signings are nearby.
Conversely, low population means you have to travel longer distances to obtain volume & higher fees required to sustain 'costs of doing business' (equipment, etc.)
Cheryl is right...you need to expand your area. But, check how much competition there is in those areas you reasonably can service because proximity of competition will come into play. Plus, your hours of availability are limited. |
