I've actually had a few Quicken's through other title companies lately! Mostly purchases but one or two refinances if I remember correctly. They do add a some additional title documents (from their title co. obviously) but their fees are ***.... very fair fees. Quciken is really using people in my opinion. The fees are so low it's insane. They will soon drop their fees again. Thank Gosh I have been in business for 19 years and have a good pool of clients. During slow times it was getting a little unnerving but I sure love this recent mini boom and hope it continues for a long, long time!
