One would have to stop and wonder if "Fair" = $50.00 or if "fair" = $100.00 or does "Fair" = $150.00. If my competitor charges $150 for a signing and I charge $140.00 I would have to be considered cheap and more fair than my competitor. And if the nation avg. is "$100.00" for a single and I am charging $95.00 I am considered fair and cheap. But who are we to assume?

Just a thought and this ofcourse is IMHO
