Mr. Rai is obviously only wanting people who don't know how to discern the credibility of SSs asking for us to extend them credit. No time for interviews?

Get what you pay for. No worries, in today's world of anxious notaries wanting that first job, he'll have no difficulty finding someone to bite on his bait.
