back in 2010, the surges in gas prices over 9 years, time-saving not having to run back to home base, plug and play at the signing table, and negotiating "faxback" fees have more than paid for this Fujitsu workhorse. EOs like it too. Immediate faxbacks so they can get docs back to LO for boarding and faster more efficient closing/funding. In this day and age of "table fundings" with purchase transactions, it's been a vital asset to my business. Far better than paying $.86 a page, I would say.
It's important to be "tooled up." |
