Their email offers good fee but no location, type, etc. and gives the following:

Maxwell R Smith
Max Signing Group INC
10800 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 725
Miami, FL 33161
max@maxsigninggroupinc.com

but no phone number. Google search finds nothing. There is a clickable link within email for docs, location, etc. which I'm not clicking on 'til I know more.
